• All prices displayed on Kselect.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current rate.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

5. WooCommerce Payments and Security

Orders placed through Kselect.co.nz are processed through the WooCommerce platform.

• Payment must be received by us in full before your order is dispatched.

• We deliver within New Zealand. International shipping queries must be made directly via our contact details.
• We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe specified on our shipping information page. However, delivery times are estimates provided by our third-party courier partners and are not strictly guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier. We will assist you in lodging claims with the courier for lost or damaged parcels where reasonable.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

Your purchases are protected under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
