1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Zones
Our shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery region and the total value of your order.

2. Important Shipping Notes
- Rural Deliveries (RD): Please ensure you select the correct ‘Rural’ shipping option at checkout if your address is classified as rural. Failure to select the correct zone may result in processing delays or additional payment requests before dispatch.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
- Delivery Timeframes (Estimated):
- Auckland / North Island: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
- South Island / Rural / Islands: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by courier companies and may vary during peak periods or severe weather events.
- PO Boxes / Private Bags: We currently utilize courier services that require a physical street address. We are generally unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.
